Our courses range from 3 to 8 weeks and are tailored to meet your specific needs, whether it’s basic obedience or more complex behavioural challenges. Our experienced trainers are capable of handling all dog breeds, shapes, and sizes with equal ease.

At Trident, we understand that dogs require constant attention and care. That’s why our head trainer lives on site to ensure 365 24-hour care and attention. As balanced dog trainers, we use both positive and negative reinforcement to instill confidence in your furry friend and help them learn and grow.

What do you get with a residential dog training package?

  • We ensure the training is realistic and use local parks, busy shopping centres and other places to proof the training.
  • You will receive regular video updates of your dog during the stay to revert back to should you need

Our Residential Packages

STANDARD

Our comprehensive dog training program offers fundamental training that covers important skills such as sit, down, loose lead work, recall, and stay. In addition to these essential commands, we also prioritise socialisation by exposing your dog to a diverse range of other dogs with varying breeds, energy levels, and temperaments.

Our standard program also emphasises training in all types of environments, including fields, woods, parks, and towns, while gradually increasing the criteria to challenge your dog’s abilities in the face of distractions and people. During their stay, your dog will enjoy five-star kennels that provide the utmost comfort and care.

To ensure you and your dog get the most out of our program, we offer a thorough handover session upon your dog’s collection. This session will cover the training methods and progress that we have made during their stay, and equip you with the tools and knowledge to continue training at home.

To further support you and your dog’s training journey, we also provide a 90-minute follow-up 1-2-1 session. Our minimum stay requirement is three weeks to guarantee optimal results for your beloved companion.

Our deluxe training program offers a variety of essential skills that are critical for any well-behaved and obedient canine. Our fundamental training module includes sit, down, loose lead work, recall, and stay – all of which are taught with positive reinforcement techniques that promote positive behavior in your furry friend.

We also prioritise socialisation by exposing your dog to multiple dogs of varying breeds, energy levels, and temperaments. This experience helps your dog develop critical social skills that are essential for interacting with other dogs and people.

Our program emphasises training in all types of environments, including fields, woods, parks, and towns. We gradually increase the criteria to challenge your dog’s abilities in the face of distractions and people. In addition to these skills, we also offer comprehensive toilet training, which is an essential component of any well-trained dog.

Unlike other programs, we offer a unique home-stay experience with a professional dog sitter. This allows your dog to enjoy a comfortable and loving environment while receiving the care and attention they need to succeed.

To ensure that you are fully equipped to continue your dog’s training at home, we provide a thorough handover session upon your dog’s collection. During this session, we cover the training methods used during the program and provide you with tips and techniques for continued success.

We also offer comprehensive toilet training and behavioural modifications to address any unwanted behaviours your dog may have.

Our unique approach includes your dog staying at one of our head trainer’s homes rather than traditional kennels or dog sitters. This allows for more personalised attention and care.

To ensure a smooth transition home and continued success, we provide a thorough handover session upon collection of your dog. We also offer a 90-minute follow-up 1-2-1 session.
